SCNAW is built on trust, integrity, and professionalism. These Community Guidelines ensure that all members uphold the highest standards when using the platform. Violations of these rules may result in contract nullifications, penalties, or permanent removal from SCNAW without refund.

1. Membership Conduct

All SCNAW members must:

✅Respect buyers, sellers, and fellow members in all interactions.

✅Act professionally in all transactions and communications.

✅Ensure deals are legitimate, accurately represented, and legally contractable.

✅Follow SCNAW’s legal and compliance guidelines at all times.

🚨Prohibited Conduct:

❌Harassment, threats, or discriminatory behavior towards other members.

❌Misrepresenting deals or providing false information.

❌Spamming members with unsolicited offers or services.

❌Attempting to represent SCNAW in an official capacity without permission.

🚨Violations may lead to immediate membership termination.


2. Deal Submission Rules & Trustee Authority

2.1 Required Documentation

🔹 Before submitting a deal, members must upload:

LLC Articles of Organization

A valid driver’s license

🔹 Only legitimate wholesale contracts may be submitted.

🔹 Deals must include accurate property details, pricing, and conditions.

🔹Members are responsible for conducting due diligence on all deals they enter.

2.2 Trustee Authority Over Contracts SCNAW operates under a trust-based structure, and all contracts submitted within SCNAW are subject to trustee review and oversight.

🔹The SCNAW Trustee has the right to nullify and cancel any contract within the platform, regardless of who signed it.

🔹 If a member’s contract is nullified three (3) times, they will be permanently removed from SCNAW.

🔹The Trustee’s decision is final and cannot be contested.

🚨Bad Deal Policy:

❌ Members who repeatedly submit inflated, false, or misleading deals will be removed from SCNAW.

❌ Rejected deals will not be reconsidered unless revised and resubmitted correctly.

❌ Fraudulent deals may be reported to legal authorities.

3. Liability & Transactions

✔️SCNAW is not responsible for any member’s deals, contracts, or transactions.

✔️SCNAW does not represent buyers or sellers—all deals are independent transactions between members.

✔️Members assume full responsibility for their deals, negotiations, and contracts.

🚨Any claims of SCNAW backing a deal or guaranteeing transactions will result in immediate membership termination.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security

🔹Member data, including LLC documents and personal identification, is securely stored.

🔹Sharing another member’s private information is strictly prohibited.

🔹SCNAW monitors platform activity to ensure compliance.

🚨Violating data security policies will result in permanent removal from SCNAW.

5. A2P Messaging Compliance & SMS Communication

SCNAW uses Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging to send:

📌 Membership notifications

📌 Contract status updates

📌 Payment reminders

📌 Optional marketing promotions

5.1 Opt-In & Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from SCNAW.

5.2 Opt-Out Policy

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any SCNAW message.Opting out only removes marketing messages but does not affect necessary transactional messages.

5.3 Message Frequency & Data Rates

Message frequency varies.

Standard message & data rates may apply.

🚨 SCNAW is not responsible for carrier delays or undelivered messages.

6. Reporting Violations

🔹 If you notice misconduct, false deals, or other violations, report them immediately to:

🔹 SCNAW investigates all reports and takes appropriate action, including suspension or removal.

🔹False accusations against other members may result in account suspension.

7. Membership Termination Policy

SCNAW reserves the right to revoke membership for any of the following violations:

🚨Submitting fraudulent, misleading, or inflated deals.

🚨Misusing SCNAW branding or falsely claiming to represent SCNAW.

🚨Engaging in unethical or illegal business practices.

🚨Repeatedly submitting non-viable, overpriced, or misleading deals.

🛑SCNAW membership is a privilege, not a right. Violating these guidelines will result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Updates & Amendments to These Guidelines

SCNAW reserves the right to update these Community Guidelines at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
