SCNAW operates under a trust-based structure, ensuring all transactions follow ethical and legal standards.

3. Membership & Contractual Agreements

3.1 Beneficiary Rights & Responsibilities

As a SCNAW Beneficiary (Member), you:

✅ Can secure off-market properties under contract for investment purposes.

✅ Must comply with all federal, state, and local wholesaling laws.

✅ Agree that the SCNAW Trustee retains authority over contractual agreements made through the platform.

3.2 Trustee Authority Over Contracts

SCNAW’s Trustee holds the right to nullify and cancel any contract established within SCNAW, regardless of who signed it.If a Beneficiary’s contracts are nullified three (3) times, they will be removed from SCNAW’s membership and network.The Trustee’s decision is final and non-contestable.

4. Community Guidelines & Compliance

To maintain a trust-based, professional environment, all members agree to:

✔Respect other members & community rules

Violations of community guidelines may result in penalties, including membership suspension or permanent removal.

By joining SCNAW, you agree to receive SMS notifications for:

5.1 Opt-In & Opt-Out Policy

Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any SCNAW message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications, except for required account-related notices.
